Shipping Instructions
  1. Put your name, shipping address (no PO Boxes), phone numbers, and e-mail address in the case! Include special instructions or complaints.

  2. Use the instrument’s hard case and be sure that the instrument is held firmly in its case.

  3. Use a cardboard box in good condition that is at least 3 inches larger in all dimensions than the hard case.

  4. Firmly pack the hard case in the cardboard box using Styrofoam peanuts or, preferably, balls of newspaper.

  5. Fully insure for replacement costs and use a major shipper, as UPS, Fed Ex, etc.

  6. ALWAYS REQUEST AN "ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED" STICKER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE SHIPPING BOX or make sure that a signature is required for delivery to ensure the safety of your shipment. Even though it is more expensive, please consider shipping 2nd day Air. This will minimize the amount of time your instrument spends in the back of a truck.
