Instrument Order Form
It is imperative that you notify NCWR via e-mail or telephone of your intent to purchase an instrument before sending payment. NCWR will reserve the instrument for one week in your name while awaiting payment.
The condition of sale:
  • Payment in full in U.S. funds before shipment.
  • The cost of shipping is added to the cost of the instrument.
  • The approval period is one week from the time you receive the instrument.
  • If an instrument is returned, any costs for repair of damage caused by the buyer’s handling or repacking of the instrument will be deducted from the refund. This would exclude obvious carrier damage.
