After years of research (see publications), we have developed a proprietary oil treatment that is the standard of the industry (see endorsements). The process stabilizes the fundamental structure of the wooden instrument, making adjustments more accurate and stable under a wider range of temperature and humidity:

All keys, posts, springs and other hardware are removed

The wooden parts are placed in a bath filled with NCWR proprietary Organic Oil Treatment.

This process de-stresses the wood by treating the bore and exterior at the same time.

The processing takes four or more weeks to complete and it restores the original scale and tuning pitch of instruments. Scale and resonance are also enhanced on new instruments.
